- A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to hi@divergenteng.com or a call to our helpline number: +91 9818978354. The refund will be made into the source account.
- If at any time you feel dissatisfied with the service, please reach out to our academic advisors. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you still decide to discontinue the service and cancel the subscription, Divergent Engagement offers a ‘No questions asked’ pro-rated refund.
- Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:
- For Cards / Netbanking / UPI: Refund will be credited to the same account in 1 – 2 business days • For other modes: Refund will be credited in 5 – 7 business days
- Credit Note – A lifetime validity credit note will be sent as an e-document and physical copy
Note: If the customer has availed EMI options, refund will be done on the basis of the EMI installment(s) paid, including surcharges and other fees applicable.
*Refunds timelines and taxes (if applicable) depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines.

Payment Terms
- Customers & Audience must understand and acknowledge that our Fees, Donor Pass, Tickets shall not be amended/ altered nor shall any exemptions be made in this regard. Customers & Audiences are entitled to make payment for the Company’s products, tickets, programs through online payment, Cards & Cash** modes.
- Payment in installments is another payment method provided by the Company for select workshops & programs. The installment and fees varies from offering to offering. For Eg :- For the MGR Repertory Program which otherwise has a fees of Rs. 10,000 can be paid in 3 instalments of 3700 PM (GST Extra).
Please note that the details for the installment packages will vary from program to program. However, for single day events/shows/workshops there are no installment packages available.
